Throughout Scripture we are called to admonish(Colossians 3:16) , encourage (1 Thessalonians 5:11&14) , edify (Ephesians 4:11-32), and instruct (Timothy 3:16) the body of Christ. A small Group allows us to posture ourselves with others for personal growth (Romans 6:20-22) and communal growth (Hebrews 10:24-25) as we hold one another accountable (1 Corinthians 5:9-13) to the ways of Christ (John 13:35, Galatians 6:2) .
